McCullough Peaks
A day ride that is a short distance from Cody, Wy and is a new ride area for the club. This will be a first time ride for most and is listed as having roughly 150 miles of trails. We are combining this with a return ride to Red Lake the next day on Sunday for those who want to make it an overnight ride. There are several campgrounds and motels in the area with affordable rates.

We will be riding this Sunday from The Natural Bridge Falls picnic area to Independence lake. We will meet at the Country Skillet at 8am for breakfast in Big Timber off exit 367. We will leave there at approximately 9am and head to Natural Bridge to unload and begin our ride. These are the directions for the restaurant and park area:

WARNING: Rattlesnakes have been seen in this parking lot in the past but we have never had an incident. Please be aware of your surroundings.
For those interested in breakfast we can meet at Chico Hot Springs where they serve a breakfast buffet at 8am. We will meet at the snowbank Campground at approximately 9AM and leave from there at approximately 930AM.
This trail is only rated for machines that are 50" wide. This is a new trail that is a 21 mile loop so we will be exploring this trail together for the first time.
These are the directions to the restaurant and campground:
Snowbank Campground

Mill Creek Rd, Livingston, MT 59047

For those who are interested in a little relaxation after the ride Chico Hot Springs is only 13 miles away from the campground.
I (Pastor Fred Rodda) am willing to lead the Pryor Ride, although I do not know the Sykes road portion coming in from the WY side. I would prefer to come in on the Mt side, meeting at Rock Creek Restaurant at 8 and then meeting at the Warren stone plant turning off Route 310 at the Quarry Rd. at 915. We could then go back to Stockman Trail 2850 for a start and stop point. This way we would not have to drive as far from Billings in the morning and from at the end of the day. We should be able to cover most of the trails possibly including Sykes rd this way.

If you were planning on going on this Sunday ride, please let me know and also if this change would be OK with you.
